During week 14 half of our tenants* gets the possibility to answer our survey. Our goal is for you to feel at home, feel seen and listened to. We need your and your neighbours’ opinions in order to improve. The answers and comments you leave help us to prioritise arrangements and projects. In this film you will meet Eva who talks about how she and her neighbours received improvements at their street in Kortedala. You will also meet Catarina Hagwall from Bostadsbolaget who explains what an important tool the tenant survey is. Don’t forget to answer – your opinion is important.
*The tenant survey is being performed with 18 months interval. This year the tenant survey is handed out to those who didn’t receive it last time.
